باختصار

TV Flow مشغّل وسائط لأجهزة ماك يطوّره ويديره ياسر ممدوح («نحن»). قوائمك واشتراكاتك وإعداداتك تبقى على جهازك ولا تصلنا. لا يحتوي التطبيق على إعلانات، ولا أدوات تحليل أو تتبّع، ولا نبيع أي بيانات.

1. ما يبقى على جهازك فقط

يحفظ التطبيق على جهازك وحده: روابط القوائم (M3U) وعناوين مزوّدي الخدمة، وبيانات تسجيل الدخول إلى Xtream Codes، والمفضلة، وسجل المشاهدة الأخيرة، وإعداداتك. تُشفَّر بيانات تسجيل الدخول باستخدام نظام الحماية في macOS (Keychain). لا تُرسَل أيٌّ من هذه البيانات إلينا.

2. الاتصالات التي يجريها التطبيق

• مزوّد خدمتك: يتصل التطبيق مباشرةً بالخوادم التي تضيفها أنت لتحميل القوائم وتشغيل البث. يرى مزوّدك عنوان IP الخاص بك وفق سياساته هو، ولا علاقة لنا بذلك.
• حالة الطقس: لعرض الطقس في الشاشة الرئيسية، يُرسَل اسم المدينة (المأخوذ من إعداداتك أو من المنطقة الزمنية لجهازك) إلى خدمة Open-Meteo. لا يُرسَل أي معرّف شخصي، ويمكنك تغيير المدينة من الإعدادات.
• جدول المباريات (اختياري ومعطّل افتراضياً): إذا فعّلته من الإعدادات، يطلب التطبيق مواعيد مباريات البطولات التي تختارها من خدمة النتائج العامة لـ ESPN. لا يُرسَل أي معرّف شخصي.
• التقييم والملاحظات: فقط عندما تختار إرسال تقييم من داخل التطبيق، نستلم عدد النجوم، والاسم إن كتبته، وتعليقك، ورقم إصدار التطبيق ونوع نظام التشغيل. نستخدمها لتحسين التطبيق، ولا نربطها بهويتك. وقد يُعرض التقييم الذي ترسله على tvflow.app مع الاسم الذي كتبته إن وُجد، ويمكنك مراسلتنا لحذفه. وعند كتابة رأي على الموقع نستخدم البريد الذي تُدخله فقط للتحقق من وجود ترخيص وإرسال رابط التأكيد، ولا نعرضه.
• النسخ المشتراة من موقعنا فقط (وليس من App Store): يتحقق التطبيق من وجود تحديثات عبر tvflow.app بإرسال رقم الإصدار ونوع النظام. وعند تفعيل الترخيص نستلم رمز الترخيص، ومعرّفاً مجهول الهوية للجهاز (بصمة أحادية الاتجاه لا يمكن عكسها)، وطراز الجهاز واسم النظام، لربط الترخيص بجهاز واحد.

3. الشراء والدفع

من Mac App Store: تتم عملية الشراء والدفع بالكامل عبر Apple، وتخضع لسياسة خصوصية Apple. لا نستلم بيانات بطاقتك ولا هويتك.

من موقع tvflow.app (عند إتاحته): يتولى Paddle.com عملية البيع بصفته البائع المسجَّل (Merchant of Record)، ويجمع بيانات الدفع والفوترة وفق سياسة خصوصية Paddle. يشارك Paddle معنا الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني والدولة وتفاصيل الطلب فقط، لإصدار الترخيص وتقديم الدعم. لا نطّلع على بيانات بطاقتك.

4. موقع tvflow.app

لا يستخدم الموقع أدوات تحليل أو إعلانات أو ملفات تعريف ارتباط للتتبّع. يحفظ متصفحك اختيار اللغة فقط. يستضيف الموقعَ Cloudflare، وقد تعالج بيانات تقنية مثل عنوان IP ونوع المتصفح لتشغيل الموقع وحمايته.

حساب tvflow.app (اختياري): إذا أنشأت حساباً نحفظ اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني وكلمة مرورك بصيغة مشفّرة لا يمكن قراءتها، ونرسل إلى بريدك رمز تحقق عند كل دخول. يعرض الحساب تراخيصك ورموزها وإيصالاتك، ويستخدم ملف تعريف ارتباط واحداً ضرورياً لإبقائك مسجّل الدخول. الرسائل والصور التي ترسلها من نموذج المساعدة تصلنا لنرد عليك فقط. لحذف حسابك راسلنا على support@tvflow.app.

5. التواصل والدعم

عندما تراسلنا على support@tvflow.app، نستخدم بريدك ومحتوى رسالتك للرد عليك فقط.

6. ما لا نفعله

• لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نؤجّرها لأي طرف.
• لا نعرض إعلانات ولا نتتبّعك عبر التطبيقات أو المواقع الأخرى.
• لا نستخدم أدوات تحليل داخل التطبيق.

7. مدة الاحتفاظ

نحتفظ بالتقييمات حتى تطلب حذفها، وبرسائل الدعم طوال المدة اللازمة لمساعدتك، وبسجلات الشراء طوال المدة التي يفرضها القانون.

8. حقوقك

يمكنك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك لدينا أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، أو الاعتراض على معالجتها، وفق قوانين حماية البيانات المطبّقة عليك (مثل اللائحة الأوروبية GDPR). راسلنا على support@tvflow.app وسنردّ خلال مدة معقولة.

9. الأطفال

التطبيق غير موجَّه إلى الأطفال دون سن 13 عاماً، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.

10. نقل البيانات وحمايتها

قد تعالج Cloudflare وApple وPaddle البيانات خارج بلدك وفق سياساتها وضماناتها. ونحمي ما لدينا بإجراءات تقنية معقولة، منها التشفير أثناء النقل.

11. التعديلات

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، وسننشر أي تعديل في هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ السريان الجديد.

In short

TV Flow is a media player for Mac, developed and operated by Yasser Mamdouh ("we", "us"). Your playlists, subscriptions and settings stay on your device and never reach us. The app has no ads, no analytics and no tracking, and we never sell data.

1. What stays on your device only

The app stores, on your device alone: playlist (M3U) links and provider addresses, Xtream Codes logins, favourites, recently watched items and your settings. Logins are encrypted with macOS's secure storage (Keychain). None of this is sent to us.

2. Connections the app makes

• Your provider: the app connects directly to the servers you add, to load playlists and play streams. Your provider sees your IP address under its own policies; we are not involved.
• Weather: to show the weather on the home screen, a city name (from your settings or your device's time zone) is sent to Open-Meteo. No personal identifier is sent, and you can change the city in Settings.
• Match schedule (optional, off by default): if you turn it on in Settings, the app requests fixtures for the leagues you choose from ESPN's public scoreboard service. No personal identifier is sent.
• Ratings and feedback: only when you choose to send a rating from inside the app, we receive the stars, a name if you type one, your comment, the app version and the operating system. We use it to improve the app and do not link it to your identity. A rating you send may be shown on tvflow.app, with the name you typed if you gave one; write to us and we will remove it. When you write a review on the site, the email you enter is used only to check that it has a licence and to send the confirmation link; it is never shown.
• Copies bought on our website only (not from the App Store): the app checks tvflow.app for updates, sending its version and platform. When you activate a licence we receive the licence code, an anonymous device identifier (a one-way hash that cannot be reversed), and the device model and system name, to tie the licence to one computer.

3. Purchases and payment

Mac App Store: purchase and payment are handled entirely by Apple and governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We receive neither your card details nor your identity.

tvflow.app (when available): sales are handled by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record, which collects payment and billing details under Paddle's Privacy Policy. Paddle shares with us only your name, email address, country and order details, so we can issue your licence and support you. We never see your card details.

4. The tvflow.app website

The website uses no analytics, no ads and no tracking cookies. Your browser stores your language choice only. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and protect it.

A tvflow.app account (optional): if you create one we keep your name, your email address and your password in a hashed form that cannot be read back, and we email you a verification code at each sign-in. The account shows your licences, their codes and your receipts, and uses one strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in. Messages and pictures you send from the help form reach us only so we can answer you. To delete your account, write to support@tvflow.app.

5. Support

When you write to support@tvflow.app, we use your email address and message only to reply to you.

6. What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your data to anyone.
• We don't show ads or track you across other apps or websites.
• We don't use analytics tools in the app.

7. Retention

We keep ratings until you ask us to delete them, support messages for as long as needed to help you, and purchase records for as long as the law requires.

8. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, under the data protection laws that apply to you (such as the GDPR). Write to support@tvflow.app and we will reply within a reasonable time.

9. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Transfers and security

Cloudflare, Apple and Paddle may process data outside your country under their own policies and safeguards. We protect what we hold with reasonable technical measures, including encryption in transit.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. Any change will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
