1. الاتفاق

تنظّم هذه الشروط استخدامك لتطبيق TV Flow («التطبيق») ولموقع tvflow.app. التطبيق من تطوير وإدارة ياسر ممدوح («نحن»). باستخدامك التطبيق أو شرائه فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط.

2. ما هو TV Flow

TV Flow مشغّل وسائط فقط. لا يحتوي على أي قنوات أو أفلام أو مسلسلات أو أي محتوى، ولا يبيع اشتراكات أو قوائم، ولا يرشّح أي مزوّد خدمة. يشغّل التطبيق فقط المصادر التي تضيفها أنت من مزوّد خدمتك.

أنت وحدك المسؤول عن قانونية الاشتراكات والقوائم والمحتوى الذي تضيفه وتشاهده، وعن امتلاكك الحق في الوصول إليه. يُمنع استخدام التطبيق لمشاهدة محتوى مقرصن أو للوصول إلى أي محتوى دون تصريح من أصحاب حقوقه.

3. الترخيص

نمنحك ترخيصاً شخصياً، غير حصري، غير قابل للتحويل، وقابلاً للإلغاء لاستخدام التطبيق لأغراض غير تجارية. لا يجوز لك:

• بيع التطبيق أو إعادة توزيعه أو تأجيره أو مشاركته.
• تفكيك التطبيق أو الهندسة العكسية له، إلا في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون.
• تعطيل التحقق من الترخيص أو التحايل عليه.
• استخدام التطبيق في أي غرض مخالف للقانون.

4. الشراء والأسعار والاسترداد

4.1 من Mac App Store

تبيع Apple التطبيق وتسلّمه، ويظهر السعر في المتجر بعملتك المحلية. يخضع الشراء لـشروط خدمات Apple الإعلامية، وتخضع النسخ المشتراة من المتجر لاتفاقية ترخيص المستخدم النهائي القياسية من Apple إلى جانب هذه الشروط. وإذا تعارضتا في نسخة من المتجر، تُقدَّم اتفاقية Apple. تتولى Apple طلبات الاسترداد وفق سياساتها عبر reportaproblem.apple.com.

4.2 من موقع tvflow.app (عند إتاحته)

يتولى عملية البيع Paddle.com بصفته البائع المسجَّل (Merchant of Record) لجميع الطلبات، ويتولى خدمة العملاء المتعلقة بالدفع والفواتير والمرتجعات. تنطبق شروط المشتري لدى Paddle على عملية الدفع.

• السعر دفعة واحدة دون اشتراك، ويظهر السعر النهائي شاملاً الضرائب المطبّقة عند الدفع.
• الترخيص لجهاز كمبيوتر واحد، ويمكن نقله إلى جهاز جديد بالتواصل معنا.
• الاسترداد: يمكنك طلب استرداد كامل المبلغ خلال 14 يوماً من تاريخ الشراء، عبر Paddle أو بمراسلتنا على support@tvflow.app. بعد الاسترداد يُلغى الترخيص.

5. التحديثات والدعم

قد نصدر تحديثات تضيف ميزات أو تصلح مشكلات، ويشمل الشراء التحديثات دون رسوم إضافية. تصل تحديثات نسخ App Store عبر المتجر. نقدّم الدعم عبر support@tvflow.app.

6. خدمات الأطراف الأخرى

يتصل التطبيق بخدمات لا نتحكم فيها، مثل مزوّد خدمتك، وخدمة الطقس Open-Meteo، وخدمة النتائج من ESPN عند تفعيل جدول المباريات. تخضع هذه الخدمات لشروطها هي، ولا نضمن توفرها أو دقتها.

7. إخلاء المسؤولية

يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو» و«حسب توفره»، في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون. لا نضمن خلوّه من الأخطاء أو عمله مع كل مزوّد خدمة، فجودة البث وتوفره يعتمدان على مزوّدك.

8. حدود المسؤولية

في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية، ولا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية المبلغ الذي دفعته مقابل التطبيق. لا يمس هذا أي حقوق إلزامية يمنحها لك قانون حماية المستهلك في بلدك.

9. شروط خاصة بنسخ Mac App Store

1. الطرفان: هذه الشروط اتفاق بينك وبيننا فقط، وليست مع Apple. نحن، لا Apple، المسؤولون عن التطبيق ومحتواه.
2. نطاق الترخيص: يقتصر الترخيص على استخدام التطبيق على أجهزة Apple التي تملكها أو تتحكم فيها، وفق قواعد الاستخدام في شروط خدمات Apple الإعلامية.
3. الصيانة والدعم: نحن وحدنا المسؤولون عن صيانة التطبيق ودعمه، ولا تتحمل Apple أي التزام بذلك.
4. الضمان: إذا لم يطابق التطبيق أي ضمان مطبّق، يمكنك إبلاغ Apple وستردّ لك Apple سعر الشراء. وفي الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا تتحمل Apple أي التزام آخر يتعلق بالضمان.
5. المطالبات: نحن، لا Apple، المسؤولون عن أي مطالبات تتعلق بالتطبيق، بما فيها مطالبات مسؤولية المنتج، أو عدم المطابقة لأي متطلبات قانونية أو تنظيمية، أو المطالبات بموجب قوانين حماية المستهلك أو الخصوصية.
6. الملكية الفكرية: إذا ادّعى طرف ثالث أن التطبيق أو امتلاكك له واستخدامك إياه ينتهك حقوق ملكيته الفكرية، فنحن، لا Apple، المسؤولون عن التحقيق في الادعاء والدفاع عنه وتسويته.
7. الامتثال القانوني: تقرّ بأنك لست موجوداً في دولة خاضعة لحظر من حكومة الولايات المتحدة أو مصنّفة داعمة للإرهاب، وأنك غير مدرج في أي قائمة أطراف محظورة أو مقيّدة لدى حكومة الولايات المتحدة.
8. جهة التواصل: توجَّه الأسئلة والشكاوى والمطالبات المتعلقة بالتطبيق إلى ياسر ممدوح على support@tvflow.app.
9. شروط الأطراف الأخرى: عليك الالتزام بشروط أي طرف آخر تستخدم خدماته مع التطبيق، مثل اتفاقية مزوّد خدمتك.
10. المستفيد الطرف الثالث: Apple والشركات التابعة لها مستفيدون من هذه الشروط بصفتهم طرفاً ثالثاً، ويحق لـApple، بعد قبولك لهذه الشروط، إنفاذها في مواجهتك بصفتها مستفيداً من الغير.

10. الإنهاء

ينتهي الترخيص تلقائياً إذا خالفت هذه الشروط، وعليك حينها التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق وحذفه.

11. التعديلات

قد نعدّل هذه الشروط، وسننشر أي تعديل في هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ السريان الجديد. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التعديل يعني موافقتك عليه.

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of the TV Flow app (the "App") and the tvflow.app website. The App is developed and operated by Yasser Mamdouh ("we", "us"). By using or buying the App you agree to these terms.

2. What TV Flow is

TV Flow is a media player only. It contains no channels, films, series or other content, sells no subscriptions or playlists, and does not recommend any provider. It only plays the sources you add from your own provider.

You alone are responsible for the legality of the subscriptions, playlists and content you add and watch, and for having the right to access them. Using the App to watch pirated content, or to access any content without its rights holders' permission, is prohibited.

3. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• sell, redistribute, rent or share the App;
• decompile or reverse engineer the App, except to the extent the law allows;
• disable or circumvent licence verification;
• use the App for any unlawful purpose.

4. Purchases, prices and refunds

4.1 Mac App Store

Apple sells and delivers the App, and the price is shown in the store in your local currency. The purchase is governed by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, and copies bought from the store are licensed under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement together with these terms; where the two conflict for a store copy, Apple's agreement prevails. Apple handles refund requests under its own policies at reportaproblem.apple.com.

4.2 tvflow.app (when available)

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles customer service inquiries about payments, invoices and returns. Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to the payment.

• The price is a one-time payment with no subscription; the final price, including any applicable taxes, is shown at checkout.
• A licence covers one computer and can be moved to a new one by contacting us.
• Refunds: you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, through Paddle or by writing to support@tvflow.app. A refunded licence is revoked.

5. Updates and support

We may release updates that add features or fix problems; your purchase includes updates at no extra cost. App Store copies are updated through the store. Support is available at support@tvflow.app.

6. Third-party services

The App connects to services we do not control, such as your provider, the Open-Meteo weather service, and ESPN's scoreboard service when the match schedule is turned on. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we do not guarantee their availability or accuracy.

7. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it is error-free or that it works with every provider; stream quality and availability depend on your provider.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability does not exceed the amount you paid for the App. Nothing here limits any mandatory rights you have under the consumer protection law of your country.

9. Terms for Mac App Store copies

1. Parties: these terms are between you and us only, not with Apple. We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the App and its content.
2. Scope of licence: the licence is limited to using the App on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
3. Maintenance and support: we alone are responsible for maintaining and supporting the App; Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support.
4. Warranty: if the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
5. Product claims: we, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to any legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy or similar legislation.
6. Intellectual property: if a third party claims that the App or your possession and use of it infringes their intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of that claim.
7. Legal compliance: you represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
8. Contact: questions, complaints or claims about the App should be sent to Yasser Mamdouh at support@tvflow.app.
9. Third-party terms: you must comply with the terms of any third party whose service you use with the App, such as your provider's agreement.
10. Third-party beneficiary: Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms, and upon your acceptance of them Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.

10. Termination

Your licence ends automatically if you breach these terms; you must then stop using and delete the App.

11. Changes

We may change these terms. Any change will be posted on this page with a new effective date; continuing to use the App afterwards means you accept it.
